BECOME A HOST CHURCH
Are you a new Church Plant or Re-launched Church in a major urban city? Are you looking for support and help in reaching your community? City Uprising wants to be a resource for you to propel your church and prosper your City! A partnership with City Uprising comes at no cost to the Urban Church Plant or Relaunched Church. Through this partnership, your Church becomes a Host Church for each City Uprising event in your city, and we work to mobilize volunteers to come and serve your city, prepared to represent your Church and display the love of God to your community.
We hope to be a great encouragement to you and help you build relational currency in your community with those whom you have been called to love and share the compassion of Jesus. We invite you to walk us through your vision, so we can effectively assist you in realizing this vision through partnership development with Sending Churches and other necessary supports.
City Uprising does this by
- Supporting the development of a mission strategy for your church or propelling the existing one
- Recruiting and linking Sending Churches to your City and to you, the local church planter
- Focusing your Sending Church Partners around specific and appropriate support
- Training Sending Church Partners around your discipleship strategy
- Identifying and recruiting catalyst families or singles (Faith and Work Missionaries) within Sending Churches willing to move to your City to live missionally in your focus area
- Mobilizing your Sending Church partners to participate in your City Uprising mission experiences
- Coaching you through the coordination of your City Uprising events
- Supporting the sustaining of your partnership with the Sending Church to empower a long-term relationship
