Costs:
$585.00 (if registered by October 11). Late registration is $785.00 and must be paid in full at the time you register(October 12 thru November 11) Includes: Visa, program, evangelistic, and ministry materials; interpreters, guides, local travel allowance, Mekong Delta Tour, Ho Chi Minh City Tour, T-Shirt, four (4) meals, snacks, etc. Additional costs [listed below] for your trip are estimations and each individual/team leader will be responsible for their own arrangements and payments.

Schedule:
All teams need to arrive by midnight, Saturday night December 11. Transportation will be provided from the airport to the hotel. The activities of City Uprising begin right after breakfast on Sunday morning, December 12 and conclude on Friday morning, December 17 at 11:00am. CU staff will be available (if needed) from 11:00 am until noon to assist those staying for additional days to develop activities for the balance of their time.
Registrations:
You may start registering on Monday, March 1, 2010. Deposits ($200.00 per person) are due no later than September 1, 2010 in order to guarantee you a spot on the team. Also, the information concerning the City Uprising Hotel for lodging/meetings will be posted on the website September 1, and you may begin registering on that day. The balance of the Registration Fee is due on Monday, October 11.
Details/Arrangements:
Each team will be responsible for arranging and paying for their own flights. Flights for December to HCMC have recently been in the $900 to $1,200.00 range. The airport code is SGN for Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Each team/individual will arrange for their own travel insurance. We recommend Adams and Associates in Columbia, SC (803) 758-1400 www.aaintl.com Your cost will be approximately $3.25 per day.
Visa applications and instructions will be emailed to participants on Wednesday, October 13. Signed applications along with passports are to be mailed by team leaders to 2nd Mission on either October 25th (Monday) or October 26th (Tuesday). Participants should receive their Passports with Visa included back in the mail by mid November.
